Rachel Defluri And Her Louis Vuitton Neverfull

A true bag workhorse and great gift from her mom

Name: Rachel Defluri
Occupation: Curve Model
Resides in: Brooklyn, NY
Bag: Louis Vuitton Neverfull Damier Ebene

The Bag

My mother gifted this bag to me when I graduated high school in Troy, MI. I was off to college in New York after graduation and my mother wanted me to have a nice purse/tote to use in place of a backpack and one that would also last me a lifetime (and hopefully pass down). She knew Louis Vuitton was going to serve that purpose well. I was excited because it was my first designer bag and it really did come in handy for college as it never does get too full! I loved using it for my laptop and books.

Still a Companion

After many years, I find myself using this bag for travel and for work. When I am out on castings, I always bring a pair of nude heels, my photo book, makeup, hairbrush, and other little things, and this bag fits it all quite well while adding some style to my ‘fit! I love that it can hold just about anything I need, but most importantly my heels. Heels are important for a model casting, but wearing them throughout the city is unmanageable, so I thank my Louis Vuitton for keeping them tucked away and then for hiding my sneakers when I switch my shoes out!

Beautiful bag and lady!

Models with luscious shapes.

Megs Mahoney Dusil

Curve is based on her being above sample size 🙂

Candee

Since I didn’t know what “sample size” was I googled “What size is a curve model”? The answer: “Models are generally size 12 and up with good body proportions”. This was surprising since that seems like an average sized woman.

Megs Mahoney Dusil

Yes, it is! Sample size is what we traditionally see on runways, and it’s pretty tiny!
