You Can Now Shop Rare and Exotic Hermès Bags at Moda Operandi Basically All the Time

The site's partnership with Heritage Auctions will bring you these bags through 2018

Hermès bags are notoriously hard to come by, but where there’s a will (and a flexible budget), there’s a way. Since its inception, Moda Operandi has periodically operated pre-owned Hermès bag and accessory trunk shows on its site in partnership with Heritage Auctions, who sources the bags from its clients. In the past, though, those trunk shows have last a few weeks, max, but now the two luxury purveyors have gotten together to offer something a little more permanent.

The vintage Hermès trunk show that’s currently live at Moda Operandi has an advertised ending dat of May 4, 2018, which gives you nearly a year to plot purchases of the five-figure wares therein. Some of the less expensive bags have already sold, but there are plenty of rare pieces left in excellent or unused condition. It’s unclear if MO intends to continue adding stock to the page as more becomes available through Heritage’s clients, but here’s hoping.
