Maybe you recognize her from the cult-favorite-book-turned-movie Where the Crawdads Sing or maybe Hulu’s popular miniseries Normal People. Or, maybe you knew who Daisy Edgar-Jones was, but you didn’t really know who she was until a simple but chic look stopped you dead in your tracks on Instagram.

The 26-year-old British actress gained notoriety with said role in Normal People, quickly making a name for herself and amassing a whopping 2 million plus followers on Instagram in the process. Her talents have led to other roles, most recently starring in Twisters, a sequel to the 1990s hit Twister.
Of course, a bit (ok, a lot) of celebrity means appearances, magazine covers, and the inevitable brush with luxury fashion. Edgar-Jones has quickly developed a sense of style all her own, making waves for her fashion choices with the help of stylist Dani Michelle.
Gucci Girl
It was her sleek Bermuda shorts and tube top look that first stopped me dead in my tracks, quite literally, forcing me to do a deep dive into my new style icons’ looks. Her Vivienne Westwood premiere dress was also WOW-worthy, as was her most recent floral fit, which consisted of head-to-toe Gucci.
Like us, Edgar-Jones to be a fan of both Sabato De Sarno’s Gucci and the iconic Gucci Jackie While exiting her hotel in New York earlier this week she stunned in simple silhouettes that pack a big punch in style.
A Gucci Cruise 2025 chiffon shirt paired perfectly with a tulle bralette, floral midi skirt, and Gucci Signoria slingbacks, which are quickly becoming the shoe of the season. Simplistic but so effortlessly chic, it makes me want to pull out every sheer top and floral item of clothing I own.
