People assume I shop for luxury items all the time. A Chanel bag here, a pair of Hermès shoes there, a plethora of designer denim, and every other luxury item that would complete my life. Truth is, I spend a lot of time buying very practical items on Amazon. It makes my life easier and offers me more time and flexibility during the day.
So when Amazon Prime Day rolls around, I am ready. I have learned in life that just because there is a sale doesn’t mean I need to buy a bunch of items I don’t need, so for this Amazon Prime Day, I want to share with you the items I’ve purchased many times or have absolutely loved. These are my honest thoughts on what is worth the spend during this time:
The Items I LOVE
My friend showed up to girls’ night in these pants, and every single one of us asked her where she got them. When she said Amazon, we were all shocked. When I tell you these are great quality, the pattern is beautiful, and they look to cost more like $300 than $30, I would suggest everyone buy a pair. Absolutely, positively worth it!
I was just talking to my friend about the price of kids’ swimsuits. Kids really wear their suits in, so I don’t find the expensive suits worth the price. This is the best pair of swim trunks, and my son loves them as well! They have an underlayer that doesn’t itch, and lots of fun prints.
Millie made me add this when she saw me working on a list, and wants you all to know that it smells amazing and you should buy it for your daughters. So, trust her on this one.
In My Bag Constants
SPF is a must, and I have at least 8 of these sticks in various bags and my house at any one time. It smells great, goes on well, and works. It’s a family must-have and always in my bag, especially during the summer.
My beauty bag always has these patches, and I swear by them. If anything, they keep me from touching the problem area on my face, but I actually think they work, too!
I don’t wear makeup daily, but my bag always has a lip option. This is one of my favorites that makes me feel like I am wearing makeup, but I’m totally not.
This has been the best hair detangler for my kids (and me), especially during long beach and pool days. Trust me on this one.
Once my daughter asked for a new toothpaste, and we grabbed this one; it’s been a go-to for all of us. It’s in my travel beauty bag, too.
On that same note, at least 6 of my bags have one of these inside them. It’s a forever go-to.
The New Items
I do not own this item, but it’s currently in my cart. The other day, I re-realized (yes, this was something I already knew and needed to ‘know’ again) that I need to give to myself as much as I do with my kids. For those evenings in bed reading or watching a show, I can be one of the ladies with this mask on my face.
As a Nécessaire fan, this is in my cart for a shower experience that feels a bit more luxe!
