White after labor day is no longer seen as a faux paux. Fact of the matter is many people are no longer putting away their whites after labor day. The key to wearing winter whites is picking a key piece and not overdoing it.
I like to opt for colors that are a shade darker, whether it be ivory or a touch of gray with the white. Don’t overdo stark whites, try to pick softer options.
