The Louis Vuitton Neverfull is arguably one of the handbag world’s most divisive bags. On the one hand, it is extremely beloved thanks to its sizeable interior, sturdy canvas body, and reliability. However, the Neverfull has become one of the most ubiquitous handbags in the world, easily recognizable and even easier to spot no matter where you are.

It’s that exact reason why Louis Vuitton recently chose to limit sales of its iconic Neverfull bag by removing it from being available for sale online and instating an in-store waitlist. The waitlist is said to be about 2-3 months long, proving that demand for the Neverfull has not yet waivered. Louis Vuitton’s Monogram Canvas bags are some of the brand’s best-sellers, and despite looking to push consumers toward its leather offerings, new Monogram bags continue to be released.

The Newest, Smallest Neverfull

The latest Monogram bag to hit the scene will surely have Louis Vuitton lovers scrambling to get their hands on one. Louis Vuitton has shrunk the uber-popular Neverfull and outfitted it with a sporty textile strap. Spoiler alert: it’s already sold out online, but you can use the find-in-store tool to purchase it and pickup near you.

Louis Vuitton Neverfull BB

Described as the Houses’ “forever favorite,” the Neverfull gets a refresh in the form of a miniature tote, dubbed the Neverful BB. Unlike its big sister, the BB version comes fitted with a top zip—a major gripe fans have always had with the originals.

Said to be just the right size for small essentials, it can fit a smartphone and a smaller, compact wallet and has overall dimensions of 9.4″ L x 5.5″ W x 3.5″ D. While the interior is tiny, the first buyers report that the bag can hold much more than expected. The interior has one small flat pocket, and the bag comes fitted with a detachable D-ring coin purse that can hold your keys or other small necessities.

Retail on this BB is $1,900.

This was a test by LV that we as people failed. $1900 for some micro tote. These prices are absolutely insane.

$900 would be absurd, but $1,900 is insanity, but I’m sure someone will buy it to prove they have more money than sense.

Joan kinda has a point. It is more absurd to venture such a strong opinion and fail to back it up with a single argument. I honestly would love to know your reasoning. At least Joan offered a reason someone might buy the bag which is really the only reason to buy any luxury bag i.e. because you genuinely love it. I am taking you don’t “love it” but nothing seems out of line about the price compared to other luxury bags. I can’t imagine it selling for 900 dollars and 1900 doesn’t seem that insane to me. When you make something smaller it is often as much work as making something larger. A trim carpenter explained the principle to me when I was having a custom made niche made for my powder room- a place for a hand bag of course.. (It turned out really nice.) A size double 00 dress isn’t cheaper than a size 16. A size 5 shoe isn’t cheaper than a size 12. Whatever the manufacturer saves in textiles is negated by the labor involved. Mini bags have never been priced by the pound or per an inch. The Chanel mini double flap is over 5k. The Chloe mini woody is 1500. I have been shopping for a luxury bag for my birthday present from my husband, and they are all insanely priced. Seeing that I evidentially have more money than sense, I am still getting a new bag, and while it won’t be a mini it will be a lot steeper than 1900 dollars. If only.

$1,900 is quite pricey for this, but then again, it’s luxury and not a necessity. There’s really no need to talk down on people who will buy it because they love it and have the means to buy it.

Or someone might buy it because they genuinely love it. Your constant negativity is just exhausting.

Constant negativity? Ha! I’ve only more recently started posting, but stay tuned! I have a lot more to say that will most likely offend your fragile sensibilities! Hang on, Sis! It’s about to get hot in here! 😂

Sorry, an entire one third of the copy on this page is wrong – “While the interior doesn’t have any pockets, the bag comes fitted with a detachable D-ring coin purse that can hold your keys or other small necessities” — there IS an inner pocket, a big slip pocket in the canvas lining that runs the length of the back wall.

“it can fit a smartphone and a smaller, compact wallet but won’t hold too much else” — it can hold as much as or more than a speedy 20 or medium Gucci marmont flap: sunglasses, wallet, phone, lotion, pill case, airpods, and even my mini umbrella.

I am sure it is adorable on you. :)) I collect micro makeup samples and promos for my smaller bags and my double flaps which despite being “jumbos” hold next to nothing. And I always keep a tiny makeup kit ready for when I switch to one of my smaller bags. My favorite piece is a tiny one inch long Nars Orgasm blush and a tiny kabuki brush to go with it. I tend to carry too much anyway and I am thinking about doing away with my larger makeup bag and only carrying the smaller micro one to lighten my bag which after a while hurts my shoulder to carry.

Ordered one! I love tiny bags, but will not use the strap or coin pouch. I loved the bigger NF when I commuted to an office. I no longer do (thank the Lord!) so this lil bag will be perfect. Yes, the prices are crazy, but really aren’t all luxury bags? I keep the my bags forever and buy no more than 1-2 a year (at most) so can justify it. Looking forward to unboxing her!

I actually love this! Love the canvas and zipper. Similar in size to the Alma BB but looks like it will fit more based on its shape. Reviews on YouTube show it does fit a good amount unlike other true micro bags that only fit credit cards, lip glass and a couple keys.

I think it’s really cute! I understand that $1900.00 is a lot for a small canvas bag, when you consider other designer bags without the Neverfull history it almost seems economical! I get it that prices have skyrocketed and it is insane that $1900.00 feels like a bargain. I do love a mini bag!

Yes, the bag is costly, but isn’t this the new standard..? Prada’s new tote is priced at $2,050 and only features a design of woven raffia crochet. Lol.

I rarely post negative comments but Neverfull and Speedy are most basic of all basic bags. Look I found some money and ran to LV first thing bags.

They (designers) got us wrapped around their finger. They are using less materials, making mini and micro bags and charging us more money for what was once an entire large bag. At the board meeting; “Let’s charge them more and give them less. They’ll eat it up.”

I struggle with small bags so is not for me—but I imagine she will be VERY popular! I’m looking forward to see all the mod shots of this little one on IG, etc…

Cool, another tacky bag that cost nothing to make, way overpriced, and that clout chasers will droll over for two months and then never talk about again. It’s all just fast fashion now. Please stop calling these brand luxury.
