Despite there being no traditional summer season in fashion, Louis Vuitton has quickly cemented the idea that there is one. Year after year, the maison delights with a little something special for the warmer weather, and while earlier this year the brand introduced its Nautical Collection, which set the tone for the season, today it returns with a high summer capsule that will delight its brand-loyal fans.
Arriving today in boutiques, the Louis Vuitton High Summer capsule collection is the epitome of summer chic, said to embody the spirit of holidaying and living in the moment. Ready-to-wear offers a bit of everything, from courtside essentials to lightweight denim, breezy knits, and more.
Louis Vuitton’s Summer State of Mind
Most exciting are the bags which feel light and refreshed for the season, like the Capucines Flowergram, which is fitted with a signature chain, or the Low Key Hobo in striped canvas, a nod to the materials used on deckchairs. Monogram is given new life as well, with a range of Monogram Dune Canvas pieces introduced for the summer season, like the Nano Speedy and more, all part of the LV Crafty Capsule.
Speaking of Monogram, OGs will notice the return of the Pochette Papillon in Monogram Canvas, following its release in Monogram Emblème earlier this year. Once reserved as an add-on to the original Louis Vuitton Papillon, designed to be worn on the exterior of the larger bag, the Pochette Papillon now stands in a league of its own. This vintage-inspired mini nods to archives, with modern touches like its leather strap, which can be completely removed.
Collector-Worthy Accessories Lead the Collection
Another new addition to the Monogram family this season is the cinched Nano Frivole, which takes cues from one of Louis Vuitton’s most iconic bags—the Noé. More compact and more east-west, its petite silhouette is designed to take you from day to night, fitting just the essentials.

This capsule is a true collector’s dream, culminating with the introduction of the Louis Boat Trunk, which celebrates the anniversary of The Louis, the cruise-ship shaped architectural installation located in Shanghai.
An iconic representation of Louis Vuitton’s roots in travel and its savoir-faire, the boat-shaped trunk is made from iconic canvas, leather, wood, and silver-toned hardware. There are even hidden compartments allowing this collector’s piece to actually be carried as a bag.
The collection drops as summer hits its stride. Discover more via Louis Vuitton.com and in boutiques from today on.
