Introducing the Gucci Good Game Collection

Game on!

Alessandro Michele will forever be known as one of the great changemakers of the fashion industry. Since signing on as Creative Director at Gucci, he has made his mark on the storied Italian brand with his unique designs, often playing with iconic house codes and modernizing them by mixing together aesthetics. His latest collection is another representation of those themes, celebrating Gucci’s history while simultaneously exploring the world of gaming. With Gucci Good Game, two seemingly completely different worlds combine to make one.

A Tribute to the Beginning

Guccio Gucci’s monogram has been an emblematic staple for the House since the 1960s, a symbol that pays tribute to the brand’s history; it is also used as an abbreviation for “Good Game.” The catchphrase is not only the name of this capsule collection but also a salutation shared between gamers at the end of a game. This special capsule collection forms a unique relationship between two juxtaposing worlds while creating a space for the freedom of self-expression.

Gucci Good Game

Gucci’s GG monogram is the collection’s focal point, given a fresh makeover with experimental materials and bold, bright colors. While the collection is an ode to the world of gaming, it also recalls the connection between Gucci and the ever-changing digital landscape. Casual and cool, Gucci Good game has that elevated streetwear feel. RTW features coordinating sets in traditional GG monogram with an elevated, exciting feel. The Gucci Good Game logo is incorporated into the House’s monogram print.

As for the bags, Gucci Good Game presents statement-making totes, mini bags, and more. A crescent, half-moon style bag and a trendy belt bag are presented in metallic silver with the new Gucci Good Game logo. The limited edition capsule collection is available now in select boutiques and on Gucci.com.
