The funny thing about being a mom is how each stage is hard in an entirely new way. The newborn stage has so many challenges, mostly sleep deprivation and a massive learning curve; the toddler phase is nonstop, with danger everywhere, and now I’m in this next stage: the schlepping stage. I drive my kids to and from school, to sports activities, to playdates, to stores, to track down NeeDohs and dumplings, and rinse and repeat.
My ideal Mother’s Day is one where I feel appreciated and loved. Typically, a sentimental gift will do that, and Vlad and the kids always bring me breakfast in bed, which is a personal favorite of mine. And while that works for me, I am still exactly who I am: a designer bag–loving girl at heart.
As a forever Gucci girl, I am excited for the changes coming to the House of Gucci. While there is new, there is also a sense of archival pieces being reimagined, and those always speak to me.
Gimme Gucci
This Mother’s Day, I have a list of items I would love, some of which are incredibly expensive and overtly practical (like a kitchen renovation, but that is simply on my list for any and all days right now), and these are the Gucci items I would love to unbox.

Love the Venice bag, super cute. Anyone know when The Purse Forum will be back online?
I love the giglio small tote. Got one in black.
