When it comes to what fits, I find it more interesting to see what we can put inside popular smaller bags rather than larger ones. Perhaps most intriguing is the Fendi Micro Peekaboo, a bag that may have been intended as a supplemental bag charm but has turned into a hit stand-alone piece.

We’ve seen celebrities including Naomi Campbell, Chiara Ferragni and Helena Bordon carry the Fendi Micro Peekaboo as their primary bag, in spite of its small size. That got me thinking: what, if anything, can you actually fit inside it?

The dimensions are really tiny: 6″W x 4 ½”H x 2″D. Much like the larger Peekaboo bags (you should check out our ultimate bag guide on the Fendi Peekaboo), Fendi makes sure the details of this micro sized bag remain impeccable. One one side of the bag is a turnlock, while the back of the bag features a snap lock.

What really fits in this bag?

– iPhone 5 (no case)
– car key plus house key
Chanel lipstick
– miniature pack of Haribo Mini Gold Bears

This bag can be yours for $1,550 via Nordstrom.

Some tampons and partridge in a pear tree.

    • circafashion

      lol

    • Tampon might be too long, depending on the brand!

      • Unapologetic

You may take one tampon with you today and a pack of tic tac’s. If you need a Chapstick well tough you’ll need to carry another micro bag for that.

My iPhone 5 fits with a case.

    • I had a Mophie case, so it was too big. I’m sure a slim case would work

I saw this bag recently and I say bag loosely. It’s a decoration or a conversation piece it was tiny and looked like you could rip it in half. Great for a toddler.

  • shueaddict

That’s a but more than the micro baguette . But hey, it holds my iPhone 6 -:)

    • lala

does the iPhone 6 fit into the micro peekaboo? I’m contemplating on getting it, but only if the iphone 6 fits in it

  • Karisma

Fendi has come a long way and they just keep upping the ante. I think their bags are funky yet sophisticated. Maybe one day I’ll have one.

  • FashionableLena

Again, I find the whole micro bag trend a bit ridiculous. I say that this is better suited for a 2 year-old girl. Who am I kidding? She couldn’t even fit her Barbie in there.

  • Yazi

I find it a waste of money to spend that amount on what is practically a glorified key-chain. I would love a normal size Fendi bag though.

  • Charlie

Can’t deny how cute these micro bags are but to the people who are earning normal wages (like me) it is extremely impractical to own one… I would love to though

  • shanna

    soooo cute

I work in development. This is the kind of thing that drive sample hands nuts! The whole size array of peekaboo bags reminds of petrushka dolls…very expensive petrushka dolls.

    ridiculously small, therefore, really dumb.

  • Kathyjazz

I have this exact black one and it’s really surprising what I can get in it! (Almost exactly as you have, minus the gummies, but plus a little powder compact! It has slots for cc and $ too.) It’s great for concerts and evenings out as a hands free standalone. Also almost serves like a crossbody necklace, if you will. It’s just cute, dang it!

I think the whole point of this bag is to be ironic so for me to see people so upset and annoyed at how small it is means Fendi has done their job.

  • Elyssa Albert

Anyone know if you can jam an iPhone 6 plus in there?

    • Tinsley Proust

No, it won’t fit unless it is standing up.

  • Jerri R

Gawd you have to strip the phone to fit in the bag? I would be too scared of something happening to the phone.
