As if we needed another reason to have mid-winter vacation dreams, the Louis Vuitton Spring 2011 lookbook is out and it reads like a 1960s Palm Springs road trip fantasy. The clothes are lovely and wearable, the bags are covetable, and the scenery looks much more inviting than what’s going on outside my window right now. As I see these photos, they aren’t meant to be a catalogue showing details of the bags or clothes. They’re suppose to show the mood, feel, direction and l’air du temps of the season in question.

Gorgeous! But on what cruise would one wear these clothes? I went on a Caribbean cruise, and most people were dressed like they just shopped at the discount store.
You should never be ashamed to be the best dressed person around. 🙂
