As with the launch of Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami Chapters One and Two, the third installment of the collection is quickly shaping up to be another one of the year’s most anticipated collections. Following the re-releases of some of the most iconic bags of the early aughts like Multicolore Monogram and Cherry Blossoms, comes the return of the iconic Louis Vuitton x Murakami Cerises Collection.
While the revival has consistently been touted as a 20th anniversary collection, Multicolore Monogram was actually first released in 2003, and Cerises was released in 2005, making the third chapter a true 20th anniversary celebration.
Rumors of Louis Vuitton and Takashi Murakami reuniting began popping up last summer, and now, nearly a year later, we’re back with official information on the final drop of one of the year’s most anticipated collections.
Furthermore, Louis Vuitton has released its final LV x TK campaign, once again starring megastar and friend of the House Zendaya.
LV x TK Cerises Are Coming This Month
The third and final launch, consisting of more than 70 pieces, features everything from bags and luggage to summer footwear, bag charms, silk squares, and even a collectible bicycle. Within LV x TK Cerises comes a robust selection of handbags.
This installment offers a few different options within the larger collection. Classic Monogram canvas, white Monogram canvas, and Monogram denim have cherries emblazoned on top, while versions of the Capucines incorporate cherries in various ways.
Chapter Three of Louis Vuitton × Murakami will launch worldwide on May 22, 2025, as a complement to the Maison’s 2025 Women’s Resort collection. True to its timing, this launch is the most summer-ready of the the three.

What’s To Come From LV x TK Chapter 3?
I loved Sex and the City when it first aired. Now, I can’t watch an episode without experiencing major cringe. I feel exactly the same way about this collection.
Think COACH is better in my opinion, and original one also far better than these latest design. Some are nice but overall all looks so cheap.
Hard pass. After the sh.. show of the multi color and cherry blossom release, I am done with being screwed around with by LV. And to take our money, wait months, and still to know if you are getting your order. LV using our money to cook their books. Sales people and online customer service either lying or not knowing what is going on, I have just had it with how this was handled
I think this is why this release will be worldwide like a normal limited release, online and in store. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of this collection at all

eg: Keepall is $7150 and Speedy 20 is $4600 here in Australia 🇦🇺 It’s insane price indeed. I just can’t see myself to spend my hard earn money for these trash collection pieces!!
Btw, there are so many LV x TM pieces are available on second hand market online in Japan but seems like no one buying and that’s real voice ( prices are not expensive even though new condition piece )
Also I haven’t seen any new pieces for sale in Japan. I’ve seen a lot of vintage collection pieces though in great condition.
Is that the denim or the mono? I think the cherries on the denim are embroidered is what I heard.
I remember wanting this collection when it came out. The smiley cherries are too cute. Now, it just seems childish. Cute as they are, it’s going to be a hard pass.

Seeing these prints brought me back to a moment eons ago… Last time around, I was walking past a boutique and a Monogram Sac Plat Cerises was on display by the entrance, front and center. It stopped me in my tracks. I couldn’t justify buying it for myself so I bought it for my mother.
I’ve been looking forward to this for SO long!! The white mini capucines is gorgeous and I’ve been dreaming of a holdall for 10 years now.
I appreciate the nostalgia aspect and I don’t doubt that the more expensive pieces like the Capucines are delightful, but for those of us who lived through that craze the first time around, this feels terribly boring.

Some of the smaller slgs looks cute. The bigger pieces handbags, large keepall with the LV logos is too busy and the shoes with the cherry as the heel looks very cheap like something from H&M.
