Since his appointment over a decade ago, Louis Vuitton’s heritage has been at the forefront of Nicolas Ghesquière’s design process. The Maison’s roots in travel and passion for the art of it remain integral to the brand’s DNA. For Cruise 2025, Ghesquière takes that passion and marries it with the spirit of Barcelona.
Throughout his tenure, Ghesquière has taken his collections on a world tour, exploring various architectural wonders, and this year’s Cruise presentation was no different. Held at Barcelona’s Park Güell, a stunning architectural space dating back to 1914 that is now a public garden, the Cruise 2025 collection pays homage to Spanish culture.
Spanish Heritage Meets the Art of Travel
A sense of adventure is explored through Ghesquière’s lens, expressed through sleek tailoring with unexpected proportions and bold textures. Barcelona’s heritage is combined with Louis Vuitton’s most storied House codes, with small odes to both throughout.
Earrings reinterpret the grand aesthetic of the flamenco dancer, while wide-brimmed hats inspired by the traditional sombrero cordobés outfit models.
As for the bags, there is a continued focus on Ghesquière’s new House staples like the Go-14, Petite Malle, and Side Trunk. Carry-over shapes sit alongside new bags in a palette featuring plenty of Monogram, neutrals, and pops of color.

I love this entire collection! I wish I could get them all!!
Those bucket bags are very similar to the Polene Numero Huit bags.
I consider myself to not be a Louis Vuitton person. I’d like an Alma and a Speedy 25 but have no interest in anything else except a trunk.
With that being said, I really like this collection. Some of the bags are VERY cool.
Love love the go 14s.
Although the Cordoban hats and flamenco earrings are not very much from the Catalan culture, but from the south of Spain. What Nicolás Ghesquiere has been able to show are the curved lines to which the buildings of Gaudi and the Modernist movement of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries have accustomed us. I like this Cruise collection more than the last of the season in Paris.
If LV can offer exceptional service and quality products at all costs – then LV will crush Chanel. In terms of the collection I like the pocket black bag because it doesn’t look like a pocket to stash horse feed. This is an outstanding collection.
Is there a way that PurseBlog can add a favorite feature (or a heart/star) like some retailers do so we can go back to our favorites page when the collection comes out to see which ones we particularly liked?
Great idea, I will look into adding this feature!
Actually love it! monogram with black treated leather, still looks very stylish and a more durable option for those who shy from the usual untreated vachetta leather..
So happy, I kept my Epi Noe in red! Its vintage from the 90’s and in pristine condition, having been kept in original dust cover!
Love the Speedy shown in the first photo. What size is it? 25? Does anyone know what its price will be?
I would guess high $3.000.00
Guess again! It’s $15,200. Yowsa! https://us.louisvuitton.com/eng-us/products/speedy-trunk-monogram-monogram-nvprod4330066v/M10287
