Introducing the Louis Vuitton Wild at Heart Collection

Louis Vuitton's fan-favorite bags get an animalistic look this fall

In terms of novelty prints, leopard is one that never truly goes out of style. Though some years and seasons it’s trending more than others (remember fall 2019?) with prominent placement amongst many designer’s lineups, other years it exists in a much smaller capacity. The last few years and seasons it’s been the later, but this year it seems that leopard is making a bold comeback, with animalistic iterations of some of the handbag world’s most popular silhouettes popping up more and more. Louis Vuitton is no exception, and it’s giving us a first look at brand new bags and more. Introducing the Louis Vuitton Wild at Heart Collection.

The collection features some of the brand’s most popular bags like the Onthego and the Neverfull with the Multi Pochette and Speedy rounding out the collection. The pieces pull inspiration from the Maison’s archives, fusing touches of animal print with an autumnal color palette. Louis Vuitton’s classic Monogram is re-imagined in a modern-hand painted interpretation of a House pattern from a 1924 catalogue cover. For this collection, the bags show touches of leopard print along with more subdued leather elements as well. The collection is introduced for the Fall 2021 season with a film that showcases Louis Vuitton’s renowned savoir-faire.

Louis Vuitton’s iconic spirit of travel comes to life with the Wild at Heart Collection, reflected in playful details like leopard-print luggage tags, braided handles and embroidered textile straps. The collection brings a unique, fun, flair to some of the House’s most celebrated and emblematic shapes. Sure to steal the hearts of collectors around the globe, prices on the bags vary from $2,550 for the Multi-Pochette and $2,730 for the Neverfull to $3,700 for the Onthego.
