New York Fashion Week has changed a lot since it left its home at 'the tents.' While many designers are flipping the script on NYFW, moving away from runway shows, one designer in particular embraced the traditional way of showing off its newest collection. Designer Catherine Holstein of RTW brand Khaite, hosted a runway show for the first time since Khaite's debut collection in 2016.
This season, Khaite has introduced a line of bags which will debut this coming Fall. Called Khatie Luggage, the bags are a refreshing step away from what most brands are doing. In the 'instagam age' many brands have embraced logos and adopted a 'more is more' mentality, while Khaite has chosen to stay true to its clean, feminine aesthetic.
Khaite luggage includes delicate frame bags, super-soft totes, and sleek crossbody pouches. The bags look incredibly well made and are priced reasonably as well. According to Vogue Runway, the line will start at $880. See more from the collection below and connect with Khaite on Instagram to keep up to date on the official launch of Khaite Luggage.
