I love getting emails from fresh designers who are working hard at their devotion to purses and handbags. I received an email from Rachael, who designs Hannah Zakari bags and wanted to see if we would like to talk about her. Why of course!
The bags that I happen to like are simple but fun. The first bag that I thought rocked was the Biker Girls Bag. The bag is a hip printed cotton tote bag, which implements 50’s style biker girls on a black background. It looks fun and flirty to me. The bag measures (approx) 32cm high, 37cm wide and 13cm deep, with a 24cm drop handle. Usually handles do not also have the print on them, but this bag does which makes it different. The bag is available for £21.50 via Hannah Zakari.
The next bag I want to talk about could easily be used as a school bag or a beach bag. The Hannah Zakari Flower Print Bag is also a cotton fabric bag made with a retro style flower print of oranges and pinks. The bag measures 36cm wide by 37cm high by 11cm deep, with a 26cm drop for the handle. The inside is also made of cotton lining and features a handy inner pocket. Like I said the bag could be used when you don’t care if it gets a little messy, wet, or dirty. The way I see it, cotton can be washed (it may shrink though!). This bag is also £21.50 through Hannah Zakari.
Lastly, I want to cover some bags that none of us probably think of as bags being on this site. Gift Bags!! Woo-hoo! I’m a huge gift giver. And I love to fancy the gift up in a really nice bag or special wrapping. So these Hannah Zakari Gift Bags truly hit the spot! Why I love them is because they come in a range of cotton prints, which would be something new and different from the usual bags we all buy from target last minute.
