This is the season of Coach. I have been a Coach girl from the beginning; it is the brand that got me started in the handbag world, so I will always have a soft spot for Coach. Seeing the excitement others are feeling is just as thrilling for me, and this fall and winter have been majorly impacted by Coach.
We’ve seen the hype surrounding the much-coveted Coach Empire Carryall collection, with many sizes and colors selling out. WNBA standout Rookie star Caitlin Clarke also opted for this bag (and Coach outfit) at one of her last games.
The other bag receiving just as much attention, if not more, is the Coach Brooklyn (which we already labeled as an it-bag months ago).
The Season of the Shoulder Bag
Practical, as much as it is pretty, the very functional and spacious shoulder bag has made a comeback. We have seen the return of larger bags, and I am okay with this. I always carry many items with me for myself, my kids, and pretty much anyone else in my circle, so I prefer a spacious bag. Some may even call it ludicrously capacious.
Coach delivers the ideal big bag carryall, the Coach Brooklyn Shoulder Bag, with every customer in mind. It is available in three sizes: 39, 28, and 23.
A few colorways, especially the suede, continue to sell out on Coach.com, and the minute they restock, they sell out again. The other reason I know this bag is beloved is that Coach has now shared how many views a bag gets on site. The medium is the size people search for most, with nearly 30,000 views in the last day.
So why is this bag so well-received?
The answer is simple: simplicity. With the Coach Brooklyn, it is back to basics. Minimalism is key. The largest size is spacious enough on the inside for a 15″ laptop and also offers a snap pocket for organizing essentials. The two larger sizes offer a wide shoulder strap (not adjustable) and a magnetic snap closure for the main compartment. The smallest size comes with a removable chain strap as well.
Not only is the style laid-back and cool, the price is equally as impressive. The largest size comes in just under $500, with the 28 size being $295 and the 23 costing $225.
In a world full of very expensive bags, the Brooklyn shines.

Love the shape and design of this bag but wish the leather was a tiny bit thicker. Glad it is performing well, and hope Coach will do more styles in this vein — simple and stylish, with low volume on the branding.
