Last night while watching the 2017 Emmy Awards, a few things happened. First, one of the nicest and most talented friends I have one a second Emmy (he’s a TV writer), which is a nice thing, ya know? Second, I realized that, after not having cable for several years, I don’t recognize basically anyone on current TV shows except Elisabeth Moss. I recently re-subscribed to cable, though, so I’ll maybe be up to date next year. The third thing that happened, of course, is that a lot of actresses carried some fantastically glam evening bags down the red carpet.
