Chloe Transitions Color Block Bag
Chloe Transitions Color Block Bag

It seems Saks decided to go big for spring, whereby bringing in every new ‘it’ bag that is now impossible to find or get on a list for. First they stocked the Prada Fairy Bag which was snatched up so quick, that it was no longer available after two days of being on the website. And now, the Chloe Transitions Color Block Bag has made a bold statement at Saks, also reaching its pre-order quota. This Chloe Bag features a multicolor block with all around pleating and a brown lambskin backdrop. Right when I saw this bag on Saks I found it alluring. Different, funky, but a great statement bag. My handbag collection is made up of many ‘safe’ bags, but I love an attention-grabber. This is precisely what this bag does. There is a removable shoulder strap and gold tone hardware. The framed top sports a turn-lock gold-tone closure. Measurements are large; 13 2/5″H x 15″W x 3 1/10″D. Highly expensive, but completely unique, this bag seems to have made a name for itself already. I would love to see it person, try it on, and decide if it is show-stopping enough to take on the huge price tag. The bag costs $3,575 and was previously available for pre-order at Saks. Check back with Saks and check your local Chloe boutique for availability.

This looks like a Dolce & Gabanna bag Robin Givhan wrote about in a her blog a few days ago. I like this one better. :) I don’t usually like Chloe bags, because they end up being too it-baggy for me, but I really like this one. I’m obsessed with color this spring, and this is right up my alley.

I liked the Prada bag. This bag looks is unattractive and the price is crazy!

this bag looks like a 5 year old chewed up crayons and then vomited

This purse is having an identity crisis – Traditional lines with Hawaiian “Moo Moo” print fabric? Wouldn’t be on my top 10 list!

I´ve said this before, but I don´t like Chloe handbags and this one does not make an exception.Once again there is just too much in one bag. Surely a challenge for your garderobe.

That’s ugly with an ugly price. No thanks. I’d rather stick w/ a safe bag.

Okay, so I don’t exactly LOVE the bag but I must admitthat it’s a bold attempt to match vibrant colors with an unorthodox style for a bag. With that said, I will raise praise for a website that does a better job at matching exciting colors with unique styles. For example, there is a fabulous Celestine Tote by Papillon on that I think does a great job at highlighting the edgy make-up of a handbag that will keep heads turning…check it out!

I’d rather take the $3,500 and spend it on an awesome Nancy Gonzales croc; this looks like a thrift-store purchase.

I just saw this bag today for the first time. Not worth the money and not attractive!

  • Shoefanatic

This bag would be a horrible horrible mistake. My major purchases are usually on something classic which this is not! I just bought an AMAZING necklace from premium pearl that I like twice as much and it was half as expensive!

  • Shoefanatic is a Liar, you guys are such spammers. It is darn obvious and sorely pathetic when a company has to write their own testimonials.

I will never buy anything from because they probably spam their customers just as much as they spam the blogosphere.
