Today we’re checking back in with our favorite celebs to see which bags they were spotted flitting about town with. Last week, the paps caught up with a slew of our most trendy bag lovers as the unofficial start to summer began. While I’ve never been one to wear boots in the summer (don’t your feet like, sweat?!), this week Irina Shayk makes me think boots are made for walkin’ all summer long. She was spotted accessorizing Burberry’s newest bag, the Olympia, with beige mid-calf boots and a mini dress of the same shade. So chic, I cannot handle it! Yolanda Hadid also made an appearance in the city that never sleeps, presumably lacking in sleep as she hid behind a baseball cap and sunglasses which she paired with a classic black Birkin.
Meanwhile in Lala land, paps checked up on Olivia Culpo, who is famous for dressing up her athleisure with the best designer carries. She was spotted with the ultimate archival revival, the Dior Saddle Bag, which she paired with one of summer’s biggest sandal trends: the puffy, pillow slide. Hmmm, what do you all think of the LV Coussin bag? I like it! I already have a few LV and I think I need a Dior in my collection, but I kinda love this bag!
I loved it, but maybe I was caught up with the hype. After reading reviews, I realized it’s not a bag that meets my needs. I think the chain is pretty, though!
How come the Birken looks so classic and elegant on Yolanda, while it looks tacky on most of the other housewives? Oh, because Yolanda is one of the most classic and elegant housewives ever. The others carry their Birkens like they are trophies.
I like the simplicity of Skai’s outfit. Yet, it has enough modern detail in it to give it an edge. Not a fan of the boots. Of course, I love the bag. It’s been on my wishlist forever. It’s the only Murakami bag that I’ve ever wanted.
