Marchesa Debuts First-Ever Line of Shoes, in Addition to More Swoon-Worthy Clutches

Co-founders Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig of Marchesa have created a fashion empire that centers around ultra-feminine, glamorous, fairytale dresses that are fit for a our inner princess. In that vein, the duo’s bauble-covered clutches are opulent, elegant and are easily recognizable in the hands of celebs on the red carpet. For Spring 2016, Chapman and Craig expanded their empire to footwear in the most luxurious way.

Marchesa’s pumps and sandals are as ornate as the brand’s signature dresses and clutches; you’ll find impeccable details like floral cutouts, embroidery and snakeskin. What’s also noteworthy about the collection is that Marchesa clearly believes the evening shoe doesn’t have to come in the form of a vertiginous heel. The brand’s evening flats are just as luxe, with lace and pearl detailed flats, beaded slippers, and jeweled sandals.
