As ever, celebrities are jumping the gun just a little with their barely seasonal handbag choices, but we can forgive them, because a good many of them live in LA. Los Angeles may as well exist in a biodome–that is how far removed it is from the seasons we see on the East Coast. And that’s not even factoring in everything else that’s different about LA. Another seasonal shift that keeps happening every spring for no discernible reason: bags are getting smaller, and celebs are clinging to new minis from Alexander Wang and Saint Laurent as if all their favorite gargantuan designer totes from February never even existed.
