Tomorrow kicks off Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week for Fall 2011! We are thrilled to be attending many of our favorite shows and will be bringing you information from the runways. When you have a bit of time to kill in between shows the Mercedes-Benz Star Lounge is a great place to relax. The Star Lounge caters to designers, celebrities, and Mercedes-Benz owners. This year it will feature a mix of Diane von Furstenberg home furnishings and accessories at Lincoln Center for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

When the images hit my inbox, both Amanda and I were immediately in love. We both are obsessed with the DvF Home brand bedding and I really hope the Star Lounge will have a bed I can just lay in while waiting for the next show to begin…. or would that be weird?

“I’m so excited to partner with Mercedes Benz to showcase my new home collection at their Star Lounge in Lincoln Center during Fashion Week,” says Diane Von Furstenberg. “It’s the perfect place for everyone to come and relax in between shows.”

DvF Home Collection designs will be available exclusively at Bloomingdale’s starting February 11, 2011.

P.S. Please consider supporting our small, bag-loving team by clicking our links before shopping or checking out at your favorite online retailers like Amazon, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, or any of the listed partners on our shop page. We truly appreciate your support!

My guy said he’d rather sleep in the dog house than be caught sleeping in a bed with this bedding. I can’t believe how weird he is…

  • No one works with print like DvF, and I tend to like to pull color palettes and decorating ideas from my bedding, so having a lot to work with just makes it easier. Her prints translate so well to housewares that I’m not sure why she didn’t do this line long ago.

  • not for me

If I had a summer home, I would use some of the bedding, but I think the colors are too OTT for everyday use.

I don’t liek the print of the second pic, but the pattern of the first is really really wonderful, glamourous and so DVF!

Love the DvF bedding in the first pic. I’ll be getting it as soon as it hits the store! Any idea of the price?

    • DvF has one set of bedding up on her website, and although it’s not this one, the duvet costs $250.
