Metallic Silver Bags are Fall 2017’s Most Versatile Color Trend

In my mind, most people are decisively either a silver or gold person. The subject comes up most in jewelry, but when bags are your focus (and they’re ours, of course), the question of metallic preferences also comes into play when shifting color trends push metallics in the limelight. My color, you’ve probably guessed by now, is silver.

Truthfully, I hadn’t really noticed just how many silver bags are on the market right now until last week. I had noticed a handful of iridescent bags, however, and when I sat down to search out the best representations of that nascent trend, I came upon tons of metallic silver accessories in the process.

That silver would be enjoying its moment in the sun right now makes sense; the color feels futuristic and a little bit sports in leather accessories, which means it goes along with current streetwear and athleisure trends quite well. The available bags range from muted to mirrored, so there’s probably a little bit of something for everyone.
