Treesje Dylan Mason Studded Crossbody Bag

I know what you’re going to say: that this Treesje looks like it’s being grasped from the sides by long, mechanical fingers, probably belonging to some incredibly fierce future android. Oh, what’s that? That wasn’t what you were going to say? I see. Well, that’s what I imagine the bag as, so clearly I have a strange mind.

But mechanical hands notwithstanding, I’m liking the effect of this Treesje Dylan Mason Studded Crossbody Bag. Even though it looks rather bucket-shaped, it has a zip-top closure. That’s essential for big cities and small towns alike, especially when dealing with a smaller bag, and even more pertinent with small crossbody bags. The strap looks thick and sturdy, and the leather on the bag’s body is just subtle enough to allow all the attention to go to the studded and buckled strap detailing.

So we arrive back at those little straps, those fingers. Now that I’ve made the comparison, I just can’t stop imagining these fictional hands grasping the bag as if it were a giant cup of tea. But I like the effect- do you? Buy through Bloomingdale’s for $368.

Quite like this in black or white, not awful ‘flesh’ color. I like the ‘strappy fingers’ and it is a big enough bag (for me) as a daily run around. (fb)

Lol, I have the exact same thought as Karin bag4bag. =) No thanks on the flesh colour. And I love the detail in the front. =) (fb)
