This past weekend was wonderful. I was so lucky to have two of my college roommates in town for a visit. There is something about getting together with old friends that just always warms my heart. One of the great things we did was take some long walks up and down the boardwalk. And of course while I was walking, I of course was checking out all of the beach totes. Some were good and others, well, not so much. So, come today I was on the hunt for a great canvas bag that would be perfect for the beach and beyond. Leave it to Longchamp to fulfill my search.
Coming across the Longchamp Artitude Paint-Print Canvas Tote was a fabulous surprise. Well, I probably shouldn’t say “surprise”, but I think you know what I am getting at. The large tote, 14.5″W x 10.5″H x 3.5″D, would be a perfect bag to tote to the beach, park or while running errands. The paint splashes are abstract but make sense at the same time. Being a canvas tote, this bag isn’t lined, but I don’t think that is a problem. Double leather straps look sturdy yet not rigid. And a snap closure will keep your belongings where they should be, inside the bag. Buy through Bloomingdale’s for $350.
