It is absolutely no secret that I am a huge Linea Pelle fan. I love their bags, belts and accessories. The great thing about this brand is that nothing is bogged down with too much hardware, frills, or random designs – just because. This brand sticks to what it is good at and that is one of the main reasons it is so successful. Each item is made of fabulous leather that seriously gets better the more you use it. I dare you to show me a Linea Pelle bag that doesn’t age gracefully.

All of this being said, it doesn’t mean that I don’t yearn to expand how many Linea Pelle bags and accessories I have in my closet. In fact, I think that is something I need to do ASAP. Perhaps this Linea Pelle Dylan Leather Messenger Bag is where I might start.

As I’ve been mentioning for a while now, my messenger bag collection is basically non-existent. I mean, this is fine, but I’d be more than happy to have a great messenger bag in my repertoire. The main reason I think this particular bag would be great it because it looks like it can double as a normal shoulder bag too. Per usual, the leather is amazing and the gold-tone hardware is wonderful. There is a single adjustable shoulder strap (18″ drop), two front zip and two front patch pockets. These are the kind of pockets perfect for your cell phone or lip gloss. You all know how important to me it is to have my lip gloss within a quick reach. What a great go-to bag! buy through Bloomingdale’s for $395.

I hate to say it, but at first glance, it looked like someone’s behind in a pair of jeans…Otherwise I love the rest of it!

Exactly my first impression when I saw this bag.

The leather looks smooshy, but that’s it. I agree with those above me though.
