Wow. This isn’t the kind of bag I typically expect from Botkier. But you know what? That is not a bad thing. First of all, I’ve talked about the fact that I am a Botkier fan for a while now. And for any of you who are devoted to certain brands, you have got to expect a style, type of leather, or even color scheme. While I am not totally shocked that this bag is part of the Botkier family, I am definitely a little surprised.

Botkier Angie Satchel

The surprise factor doesn’t have a negative connotation, I am just saying if I saw it in passing, I don’t think I would instantly think Botkier. Ok, time to move on Shannon, time to move on. I am totally enamored with the Botkier Angie Satchel. If you took the shoulder strap off, you would definitely think that it is a Botkier bag: great, supple, gorgeous leather that you know will hold up well. Then add this fab shoulder strap and you have something just a bit better. I love the way the brass hardward goes with the soft lambskin leather. This is a fall bag I need! Buy through Luna Boston for $545.

I think this bag is pretty hot! Botkier’s entire Fall line is pretty hot! My faves thus far are the Sydney Hobo in purple and the Logan Satchel! I’m so in love with their stuff that I’m a fan of theirs on Facebook and a follower on Twitter! I love knowing what’s next with Botkier!

I think your pic shows the back of the bag, Shannon. ;) The front’s got a lovely ruched-detail pocket too, definitely something a little different from Botkier! I have to give a shout-out to the colour of this bag too, Steel Blue, as it looks like a lovely shade of blue that doesn’t cross into the navy blue spectrum… Gorgeous!

I love it, too! I’d like to see it in person.
