PurseForum Roundup – January 21st

Green with envy? I sure am...

Hello Purse people! I currently have bag fever, but seeing as I have some big life changes ahead buying a bag is not a priority, that’s why this week’s theme is green with envy! HA! Laughs aside, this week we have some amazing bags, from exotics to metallics, some vintage and some fresh out of the store. For all of the newcomers reading this, hello and welcome! These roundups are made from a selection of photos by our tPF members of their very own bags that we discovered. Every week we comb through the forum to bring you some of our favorite bags being shared. If you aren’t already a member, now’s the time to join as we have threads on all things bags—and more! So with all that being said, let’s get into it!

Up first today is this amazing green Bottega shared by our member pinksky777 in the “Bottega Veneta Jodie Bag” thread. All I can say is this green is PERFECT!

If you’ve been reading my roundups I’m sure you’ve come to notice my obsession with the Dior Book tote, and our member ZAZ just fueled the flames with this stunner posted to the “WHAT WAS YOUR LAST DIOR PURCHASE? *post photos of your beauties here*” thread.

A modern classic: The Marmont! I love this bag in this color in particular, and this lovely lady was shared by our member PinkPeonies in the “GG Marmont Bag Club” thread.

Next we have this indestructible beauty shared by our member Lambert in the “Why am I lusting a speedy 30 again??” thread. What a lovely color and leather combo!

What a marvelous mini! Something about the metallic finish on this color really does it for me. This photo was shared by our member sinny1 in the “Did Chanel do a green classic flap in 2018?” thread.

Finally for the grand finale, we’ve got this Birkin touch in Bamboo! What a color! This bag was shared by our member JCCL in the “Green Color Family…Pics Only!” thread.

Craving more? I love scrolling through the “What is in my bag/WIMB? Pics pls!” thread, as there’s something so fascinating about see what members like to carry. If you’re looking for a thoughtful read and are curious about how a luxury giant handles social responsibility the “Hermès and Ethics: Sustainability, Animal Testing and Treatment, Corporate Social Responsibility“, thread would be a great read to scroll through. In this thread our members are discussing their feelings about certain practices in the luxury world, asking for more information, and discussing changes they would like to see. That’s all for this week, I hope everyone out there is in good health, until next week!
