Few collaborations have topped Louis Vuitton’s 20-year reunion with Takashi Murakami in recent memory. The buzz and fanfare surrounding each drop have been unprecedented, and it all began when the rumors started swirling nearly a year ago.
Of course, the minute the rumor mill began turning, our forum members were on it, and the relaunch’s dedicated thread has been bustling with activity ever since.
Like us, you all could not get enough of the nostalgia, and with each drop came an abundance of hauls, allowing all of us who couldn’t snag something from the collection to experience the joy through everyone else.

It’s been a crazy ride! Members helped each other, stayed up all night, stalked, laughed, got angry and delighted with joy. All 3 drops were fabulous, although the methods needed to obtain anything was crazy. I went from not like the cherry blosssom, to loving it the most. What a great community the forum has been.
That is so lovely to hear! What a wild ride indeed. Though she is new to bags, my Mom was set on something Murakami and loved reading through the forum with you all! We tried for Multicolor and Cherry Blossom with no luck, unfortunately.
The forum can be quite the enabling machine…
