Did you know that the shoe department of Saks Fifth Avenue’s flagship New York City store has its own zip code? It does, and trust me, it is that good. If you are in the New York area, plan a trip to the store and set aside a few hours to peruse the shoes. Of course, you can’t talk about shoes without mentioning the master himself: Christian Louboutin and to be honest, we think Mr. Louboutin’s bags have become essential in the accessory world as well.

The Christian Louboutin Spring Collection has arrived at Saks and each item is better than the next. From the perfect girly pink pump to an edgy black bag, you must check out all the Christian Louboutin spring arrivals that Saks has to offer. I was hard pressed to pick nine favorites, so make sure to check out the entire offering.

Christian Louboutin Loubi Suede Croissant Clutch | $895 via Saks

I’ve been a fan of this chic ruched clutch from Christian Louboutin for quite some time, and the chartreuse suede version for spring immediately caught my attention. The buttery-smooth suede calfskin and black signature frame top work together perfectly. This bag will add the perfect pop of color to your spring accessory wardrobe.

Christian Louboutin Sweet Charity Clutch | $1,595 via Saks

The Sweet Chairty Clutch is the perfect option when you are looking for an accessory that is both fun and dressy. I love adding extra pizzaz with the leopard-print haircalf while the braided black calfskin completes the look. The chain-link bow is the signature add-on for this bag and it works wonderfully. Completely lined in red, this clutch mixes every bit of Christian Louboutin that I know and love.

Christian Louboutin Maggie Glitter-Coated Metallic Platform Pumps | $1,395 via Saks

Looking to make a statement with your shoes? These gold Christian Louboutin pumps will catch the eye of everyone in a 5 block radius, and not in a bad way. The snake-print metallic leather features a shimmering glitter-covered platform and goldtone metal toecap. Pair them with jeans or the perfect little black dress to make a metallic statement.

Christian Louboutin Botta Python Knee-High Boots | $2,495 via Saks

Knee-high boots are my kind of accessory and Christian Louboutin gets it right. The natural black, grey, and white textured python with a skinny heel and subtle island platform makes these boots both wearable and sexy. Python is still a major trend and I have an itch for these boots.

Christian Louboutin Floral-Print Peep Toe Platform Pumps | $995 via Saks

Feminine and flirty, a pink floral-print pump like this reminds me of Lisa Vanderpump. Lisa loves Louboutins and the color pink, I could easily see her in these shoes. And this is a major compliment, as I simply adore her and I equally adore these shoes.

Christian Louboutin Strappy Glitter Leather Sandals | $995 via Saks

Strappy Glitter Sandals make for the perfect party shoes, and Christian Louboutin nails it with this pair. For all your spring and summer parties, don’t forget to pick out the perfect dancing shoes, and I think this pair is ideal!

Christian Louboutin Meteorita Metallic and Snake-Print Sandals | $1,895 via Saks

A touch of tribal paired with a futuristic vibe, these multi-colored metallic sandals will add the perfect pop of color to your spring wardrobe. I would love to pair these with white jeans and allow my shoes to be the focal point of my outfit.

Christian Louboutin Pigalle Plato Patent Leather Platform Pumps | $775 via Saks

These pumps are for the Barbie girl. While they are available in black and nude, the hot pink has my attention. The Pigalle is a Christian Louboutin classic and the bright color screams spring.

Christian Louboutin Artemis Leather Bow and Chain Tote Bag | $1,995 via Saks

The Artemis is a handbag that Christian Louboutin has been featuring for its 20th anniversary. While the smaller clutch is a little more funky, this larger tote is very wearable. With a feel of Valentino but every Christian Louboutin added touch, I’d love to add this bag into my repertoire as an everyday black bag.

I have absolutely never been ignored and looked down upon MORE than in the shoe department of the flagship Saks store in NYC (designer not the contemporary floor). My hubby and I come to NYC twice a year and I feel that I look very put together going into stores while we are there. I get superb service and other places like Barney’s, YSL, Bloomingdales, etc. Unfortunately for those SAs, I guess they don’t think I look like CL material (even though I own 6 pairs….hum???). I have literally stood in the CL section for 10 minutes (and it’s a small section) just waiting to be helped while SAs stand a scoff at me, it’s disgusting.

And the thing is, I intentionally save money and usually make one big purchase (almost always shoes, jewelry, or a bag) each time I go to NYC, so they are very possibly losing a purchase by ignoring me…Anyway, rant over. :) Love the gold ones and the hot pink Pigalles.

    •  Sorry to hear that – bad service is the worst and no matter what you wear, who you are, you should be treated well in a store.

That’s very true. Off topic, but I found out about Penelope from tPF twitter and it’s our favorite breakfast place there now! Thanks for the great find! :)

      • Awesome,  glad you like it. Penelope’s is Megs and my favorite place to go, their food is amazing, the ambience is friendly and comfy and the coffee is the best in town imo. :-D

I love this collection, the bags are not really nice, or at least they don’t look cute to me, but the shoes are very beautiful! I love Maggies :D

Common sense is the knack of seeing things as they are, and doing things as they ought to be done.
