Previous gifts sets sold quite quickly last year but not this year. I was hoping to see the different design, colors and contents

No, no!! It isn’t to spray on your purse… it is to spray on yourself!! It just means you can attach it to your bag and then spray yourself on the go!!
I think it isn’t perfume specifically for spraying on your purse but one that you carry inside it therefore “purse spray”
