Aside from the typical fashion seasons, Chanel is one of those brands that offer up pre-collections, giving fans an early taste of what’s to come from the brand’s larger runway collection.
This time of year, the pre-collection drop offers brand devotees a prelude to fall, and this year’s collection is full of wearable ready-to-wear bags and accessories that are sure to entice collectors.
The fall 2024 runway was chock full of Chanel’s fan-favorite classics—most notably Classic Flaps in a dozen or more variations. While the pre-collection bags echo a similar classic vibe, there are also some more fun options like metallics, bold Chanel 22s, sequins, and more.

I totally agree. There is no way to compare the old bags to I bought in the past to the recent ones ( the worst investment I ever made) not the same workmanship, not the same high quality of leather and hardware. Let alone customer service and the authoritarian “looking down at you” way they treat clients.

Mini bags at maxi prices. Every season the bags get smaller and the prices jump astronomically. I don’t understand the small bag craze, are they still this sought after?
Not just so many ugly bags but the colors are bad as well- who would spend their money on this crap?
I would like to add a Chanel camera bag (one that doesn’t look like it has a camera lens like this last season). I like the chain edges but I think I would prefer the bag without it.
There is a really nice camera bag coming out in September for Chanel’s 24K collection. It is a burgundy red and looks a lot like the traditional/classic camera bag style. I am so excited for that one!
