Back in October we gave you a first look at Chanel’s Spring 2019 bags, straight from the runway of Paris Fashion Week. Like most of its shows, the elaborate presentation was themed, set on a Chanel beach, complete with sand and all. And as you would expect from a beach themed collection, we saw terrycloth bags, alongside wicker vanity cases and purses in the shape of beach bags. Last week, Chanel’s entire Spring 2019 lookbook popped up online, and it is massive. The collection includes the usual suspects—Boy Bags, Gabrielle Bags and plenty of tweed. The brand also introduced many different versions of its newest shape, the Side-Pack. We’ve rounded up 50 of our favorites below, prices and all!

I’m right there with you! Chanel used to be my dream, but at the looks of it that’s all it is for right now—a pipe dream.
Even if the prices were affordable, none of these styles appeal to me.

More like 2 bags for the price of 3 (fairly expensive) handbags if you were to price them at 3000 dollars apiece.
Me neither, I’d get all tangled up on myself. I’m bad enough with one. It’s a runway look. I can’t imagine joe public carrying it off.

The side pack (double bag) literally screams “Rob me! I have money, b***h!” lol… Maybe in a super mini size it would be reasonable but even a medium flap is too large for that style IMO.
Yes! The double handbag reminds me of a pack mule look.
At least the terry cloth one is multifunctional. Don’t wanna use a nasty air hand dryer? It’s ok. Chanel’s gotchu covered.

More of the same from previous collections. I like the boy bags but honestly they need to get a new purse designer and just keep their classic collection going behind the scenes. Every other designer has totally changed things up but Chanel continues to produce the same bags over and over again (and raise prices). I still can’t get over the Gabrielle hobo not having feet! I was really interested in that bag when it first came out until I saw one all crumpled up and without feet at the store and was like, No Thank You.
I agree. I think Chanel did the iridescent bluish lavender last year.
The styles look like luxury versions of my daughter’s toy handbags from Target. I swear, I’ve seen the beach ball, pvc shoppers and the terry cloth bags in the kids’ department at a department store. Not my style.

I saw $$$$ but I don’t see any new design here. Chanel just wants to rip you off.
Nothing to be mad about here. Classic Chanel. My favorite pieces are always the fun and special minaudières. If I had $3300 to spend on a terry cloth bag, I would! 🙂
I like all the top handle flap bags, especially the last one. The boy bags are in great juicy colors. The rest….eh. But those price tags are really getting obscene.
Well, at least I know that my money is safe. To be honest, I like bags 33-35, 42, and 47. 33 is my favorite. The terry cloth flap bags look like shag carpet.
The side packs are just stupid.
Those crossover bags just remind me of bus conductors. “Tickets please!” ?
I am crying here, that is exactly my thoughts
When they start charging those prices for PVC , terrycloth and wicker, they lose me totally..it’s a rip off..plus the bags look cheap. Because they are.
Even some of the leather bags look cheap now..some don’t even hold their shape for photos, the diamond patterns do not line up well, etc. If one is going to pay that kind of money for a bag, nothing less than perfection should be offered.
I don’t understand these bags or the prices, which are obscene. There are many beautiful designer bags being offered this season, but Chanel is not one of them.
These bags and prices made me laugh outloud over 8 grand for a wicker bag….INSANE

Goodness, over $4,000 for a PVC bag??! Don’t get me wrong, I love my handbags, but really! Thank goodness I was sitting. Think I’ll pass and spend my money on travel.
How is the side pack supposed to be worn?
Actually really like many of these bags and especially the colors. Maybe Chanel is finally taking a page from the popularity of Hermes’ broad spectrum of colors. But the flower appliques remind me far too much of the Coach 1947 Dinky collection! And at THESE prices, who wants HER bag to be reminiscent of Coach? And the “side packs” look like they cloned the fanny packs (ugh!). Really, does anyone want her waistline and hips to look even larger?
