It’s going for $5,650 and it’s considered slg it’s 11x16x2.5 it’s huge but thin.

I feel that with all of the shell shock, of Chanel constantly raising their prices, that we have become conditioned to believing prices, like this, aren’t so bad (as Megs alluded to). However, it doesn’t make me want to pull the trigger and buy because this is still a lot of $, and my expendable funds don’t go as far today. It costs me more to buy less, and unfortunately this will continue to get worse. 🙄
Right?? My only regret is not scoring classics earlier, between 2005 when I graduated college and 2017!
We’re just gonna watch and enjoy other people’s purchases (OPP) vicariously at this point, and nothing more.
Even with expendable income, it makes no sense.
When would you ever use a bag like this? I can’t think of a single incident in my life where I would want to carry something this big with no handle or strap. Am I missing something?

I’ve been carrying an H 1938 porte document for darn near fifty years now. Not everyone needs to carry the kitchen sink with them. A laptop (used to be a stack of file folders!), card case, key case and lippie really is enough for a day of work.
