Stars Dress Up (and Down) With Saint Laurent, Fendi, Miu Miu and More!

Neutrals galore, with pops of red RTW!

Celeb Bags

We’re coming at you today on this fine Monday afternoon with the last set of celeb bags from July. We’ve got a little bit of everything when it comes to the stars (and the brands) we spotted. Where we are lacking in variety, however, is in the color department. We have an overwhelming amount of neutrals, with black being the color of choice this week for stars.

As for the outfits, bag lovers choose trendy baggy denim and elevated basics like blazers and white tees. Thankfully we’ve got a couple of red dresses to feast our eyes on today, which breaks things up a bit. Check out the full set of bags below and stay tuned to see what August brings—fingers crossed for some colorful carries!

  1. Tom Daly looks like he’s cosplaying as Kurt Cobain
  2. Nothing says “pay actors more” like carrying a $5,000 handbag to a protest 😉

Most actors don’t earn as much as “A-list” actors. Majority can barely cover their living expenses.

I was sitting here like what in the ever loving Nirvana hell is this?!

Tlov

I said the same thing lol! I had to do a triple take 😆😆😆 So Kurt!

Carrying a $5000 bag to a strike is not a smart move! She’s not helping their cause at all.

Gemma

Actors like Jaime aren’t the reason why they are striking. It’s to help out the middle class working actors who used to be able to sustain themselves through things like residuals. In the past, if you acted in just one episode of a popular, syndicated tv show, you would receive regular money through in the form of residual checks. They could be hundreds if not thousands of dollars. That’s A LOT of money for working class actors who haven’t had their big break yet, not so much for big name actors. Residuals are now almost nothing. That’s why they are striking. Not for the rich actors, but for actors who used to be able to support themselves through residuals but can not any longer.

N R

I understand the reasons for the strike and wasn’t implying that rich actors are the cause. However, I do think carrying such a large expensive bag with a recognizable logo while demanding higher wages is tone deaf.

Everyone knows that the “name brand” actors are millionaires but it’s better not to carry reminders of that on the picket line.

Actors like her are mostly protesting in solidarity to help the struggling actors get paid more.

Holls

Why would you carry a $5000 bag to the strike?? Writers and actors are fighting for wages and you bring a bag that is equivalent to one months salary for some of them. So out of touch. You could have left it at home and carried a less discreet bag.

I know that it’s not broiling hot everywhere like it is in Texas, but I can NOT fathom wearing a black leather dress. Yuck!

Cellesays

At least act poor! Love the Miu Miu wander the more I see it.

Lori

What is the other bag in the Sharon Osborne picture? A Kelly with some kind of trim?

Hmmmmm

Kelly Ghillies!
