That’s right, she wore a $3,500 Saint Laurent Dress with $100 Puma Speedcat sneakers. The icing on the (ruffled) cake? Her $7,000 Schiaparelli Gym Bag. This look gives a whole, and I mean WHOLE new meaning to high/low dressing…

The thing about Rihanna is that it’s not even what she wears, it’s how she wears it. The dress could really be any nondescript brand and it wouldn’t even matter. She has a certain IDGAF energy that she can really wear and do whatever, and wear and do whatever she does.
One thing we continue to admire about Bad Gal Riri is that she’s got range. She wears bags from a variety of bags and aesthetics and no matter the bag or brand they suit her style. Which of Rihanna’s many moods is your favorite?
I just don’t like Rhianna’s style. She tries hard but IMO it doesn’t work.

I love her style for her age everybody can’t wear it like she do.Her style is not boring on her it is her. What works for A don’t work for B just that simply. And alot of people can’t afford her style neither.
She wears expensive clothes, but they’re drab and boring. I see nothing beautiful here. She’s just a singer that has no style.

High/Low dressing is a topic that is widely discussed in modern fashion, this was definitely not the intention here.
I don’t read that in the post—I read the emphasis on high-low to mean a $7k gym bag with $100 shoes is a drastic price mix. The intention would never be for it to read any other way. Which part reads that way to you?

Actually the shoes and the hat, and maybe the watch are the only items appeal to me in this ensemble. This is not to pick her style apart, my intention is to show how if we are calm, truly, it’s all about “to each their own.”
