Ever a chameleon, Julianne Hough has made her way around Hollywood, from Dancing with the Stars professional, judge, and host to actress and now author. The multi-talented star is celebrating her debut novel, Everything We Never Knew, which she co-wrote with author Ellen Goodlett.
The book is available everywhere now, and Hough has been making the press rounds in celebration of its release—doing it all, if I might add, in impeccable style. The new author stopped by New York’s iconic Strand Books on Monday evening for a (stylish) book chat.
Pretty in Prada
Hough accessorized her blonde bob with a fun fringed dress by SIMKHAI, black pumps, and a sleek Prada Femme shoulder bag. While black can somtimes feel stale or boring, this look is anything but. Like her bag, crafted from Prada’s staple Spazzolato shiny leather, it’s truly the definition of simple but sleek.

The following day, Hough showed off more of her sleek style with a visit to Good Morning America. She paired a sheer set from every NYC fashion girl’s not-so-secret weapon, The Frankie Shop, with a Khiate Beatrice bag and mesh pumps. These two looks certainly point to a style evolution coinciding with this new chapter of life, and we are absolutely here for it!
