Now that February has come and gone and March is in full swing, we are excited to bring you our monthly PurseBlog Eats feature! As we've said so many times before, Instagram is great for more than just fashion inspiration, and as it turns out, our favorite tastemakers are great at more than just inspiring outfits--they are also giving us major plate envy, week after week. When we saw Two Hands Restaurant & Bar pop up on the feed of blogger and influencer Arielle Charnas of Something Navy, we just knew we had to give it a try.
Two Hands is located in downtown Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood. With its blue and white exterior, this cute, quaint little eatery is just begging you to pull up a chair. On a gray NYC day, we did just that and stopped into Two Hands for what was supposed to be a quick breakfast date. However, upon cozying up to a corner table by the window, we decided that we just didn't want to leave. Two Hands is a community-focused restaurant with an ode to the relaxed beachside Australian lifestyle, and its interior reflects just that, with coastal-inspired decor and beautiful, bright white tables.
Reservations: Accepted via RESY for dinner only (6-10pm.)
Breakfast/Brunch Menu Price Point: Sides from $3 to $6 and Mains from $8 to $20.
Where: 251 Church St between Franklin St and Leonard St, TriBeCa.
What We Ate: Brassicas Bowl, Banana Bread and The Build Your Breakfast with Scrambled Eggs and Avocado.
The Must Try: Two Hands' drool-worthy Banana Bread might be gluten free, but it is jam-packed with a deliciously moist banana flavor. The rich espresso marscapone topping makes this the perfect sharable plate.
Bonus: All of Two Hands' dishes are as beautiful as they are tasty. This hot spot is sure to stir up some plate envy of your own and rack up those likes.
