Every now and then, a new bag arrives on the scene that really captures my heart and manages to surpass all of the other bags on my ever growing wish list, jumping instantly to the top of the bags I need in my life (an admittedly long list). It’s a rare occurrence for a new bag to become the number one object of my affection instantaneously. Recently the only bag that has managed to surpass all of the others on my wish list without passing go, and not collecting $200 is the Burberry Belt Bag. It was love at first sight for me and the Burberry Belt Bag–I honestly was head over heels from first click of the mouse when I spotted this beauty online.
So what do I love about this bag? Ugh, where do I start? I love so many things about the Belt Bag. First of all, it comes in a wide variety of sizes and colors. Seriously, there are so many combinations available, this bag is an indecisive shopper’s dream! With the option to purchase additional belts in a variety of colors, you can swap out the belt on your bag to create different looks. It’s like a functioning mood ring for your bag! Swapping out the belt provides the option for you to choose a monochromatic or colorful aesthetic, giving you the creative control. If I owned this bag, I would buy it in a neutral color and add a few colorful belts to my arsenal so that I could switch it up depending on my mood. As for the aforementioned sizes, take your pick from baby, small, medium, and large, there’s something for everyone! The Belt bag also comes with a removable strap, providing the wearer with the option to carry it handheld or on the shoulder. What is not to love?

The Belt bag is one of Tisci’s first designs since stepping into his role at Burberry, and I personally find it to be a wonderful sign of things to come. Inspired by Burberry’s iconic trench coat, the Belt bag meets Burberry’s classic aesthetic while adding a modern, contemporary twist in the design. Tisci has already began to make his mark on the British brand with the debut of a bold new logo, delighting some fashion lovers worldwide (and horrifying others). I personally love a little controversy in the fashion world, that is what makes being a fashion lover so much fun!

It’s ok, but looks too similar to the BOYY KARL 24 for about 1/2 the price.
It’s super meh. I touched one in store and the quality is subpar to borderline not good.
Definitely love the color combination and that’s it. If the belt converted to a shoulder strap then I would understand the purpose otherwise, I don’t like the look.
I purchased the medium size in a pastel yellow over a year ago. It comes with an additional contrasting belt and also a shoulder strap.
The color combos are nice but the bag itself is quite forgettable.

what does it look like inside..
Leather lined with a few slip pockets. Depends on the size. They’re quite large. Even the mini looks very spacious.
Because it looks like a bad mix between Hermes tool box and Coach Swagger.
It’s a cute bag and would have potential but the prices aren’t matching. They’re asking for too much. They’re really big, even the mini is quite spacious.
I’ve always said that Burberry is the Coach of England. Lol.
Hopefully Ricardo can turn the brand around even though when I think of Ricardo I don’t think of Burberry. I would’ve never thought that he’d end up there. His creativity would be better suited elsewhere. We’ll see.

I absolutely love mine! I bought it in Heathrow Airport where it was much less expensive than the US. It’s more beautiful in person, very sturdy and I love that you can change the belt. Plus it’s a bonus to have the crossbody strap. ( mine came with 2 belts)
All I see is Coach. For those prices, I shouldn’t see Coach.
Not crazy about the belt part
I really love the combination of colors. I just wonder how the belt works, it looks impractical.
I have it in the small black with the tan belt and it is beautiful. The quality is excellent. It’s roomy and comfortable to carry. It’s not too big and the contrast in the belt color makes it pop. The belt can be removed and changed out for other colors. The lining is all leather. Considering some of the prices on LV, Chanel, SL and others, I thought it was priced better than most and I got a 15% discount from a price match at Nordstroms a few weeks ago. IDK who they were price matching, but I took advantage of the discount since I have been eyeing this bag since it came out. Nothing on this bag reminds me of Coach, I am simply not seeing it. But I guess anyone can see anything they want, so there is that.
