PurseBlog Beauty: Five Rose-Inspired Products We Can’t Get Enough Of

Life isn't all roses and sunshine, but your beauty products can be

These days, with millennial pink being a thing and rosé wine basically a lifestyle in and of itself, rose-colored things, rose-printed things and rose-scented things are seemingly everywhere. The beauty department is no exception, and I started noticing a trend among the products in my current rotation. Check out my favorite rose-inspired beauty products below, and tell me, my beauty-loving PurseBloggers, are you obsessing over all things rose (and rosé) too?

Herbivore Coco Rose Body Polish
$36 via Sephora

I’ve heard rave reviews about this scrub for a long time, so I was excited to finally get my hands on it. I’m one of those lucky people that suffers from those pesky, teeny tiny bumps on the back of my arms: keratosis pilaris. I’ve tried a bunch of different body scrubs, and even tried making my own with organic sugar and coconut oil, but so far, nothing beats this one. It not only smells amazing, but it leaves my body feeling incredibly soft and smooth.

Fresh Rose Face Mask
$62 via Sephora

Up until recently, I didn’t consider myself a skincare person. I rarely ever moisturized my face (I know, I know, please don’t yell at me) after cleansing, and I didn’t pay much mind to the products that were going onto my face. However, one thing I was always obsessed with was face masks. I didn’t quite care what they did, or why, but I loved the relaxing routine of a weekly mask. Now I’m much more in tune with my skin and follow a pretty solid regimen, but one thing that hasn’t wavered is my love for this face mask. It smells amazing, and now that I’m more educated, I’m confident in recommending it! It’s great for hydration, and it leaves my skin really soft. Don’t let the price tag scare you, either—you can apply it pretty thin. A little goes a long way, and it will last you. I’ve had this jar for over a year!

Elizabeth and James Nirvana Rose
$85 via Sephora

This scent is an Allure Best of Beauty award-winner, and I can smell why. It’s floral, yet light and airy. It’s not overpowering, and it definitely doesn’t smell like your grandmother’s perfume, which is the vibe I get from other floral scents—no thanks! I don’t typically gravitate towards florals, but this was gifted to me and I simply can’t get enough.

Elizabeth and James Nirvana Rose Dry Shampoo
$14 via Sephora

This is, hands down, the BEST-smelling dry shampoo, and it’s also great at doing its job. This product soaks up oil and adds back in volume, and honestly, what more can you ask of a dry shampoo?

Sephora Collection Rose Face & Eye Cleansing Wipes
$7.50 via Sephora

As I mentioned above, until recently I knew nothing about skincare. I was using an exfoliator as my everyday face wash, mainly because I loved how clean it made my skin feel, but one of the educators at Sephora told me how bad it was for my skin! I learned that if I used makeup wipes first, and then a gentle cleanser, my skin would feel just as clean, but without using a harsh exfoliant every day, twice a day! I am obsessed with these wipes from Sephora. They smell amazing and they definitely do the job. These wipes remove eye and face makeup with ease, and while they are perfect for a pre-wash cleanse, they also do the trick for those late nights when you don’t want to get out of bed to wash your face.
