Scandal Season 4, Episode 21: “You stole a United States servicewoman?”
Foxtail. Do you remember “Foxtail” being mentioned on any previous episode of Scandal? I do not, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. The shady B-613 project was eventually revealed, but we’ll have to wait until next week to see if it comes to fruition.
