As we finished munching on Swedish Fish and Junior Mints (Becky opted for the Swedish Fish, Vlad for Junior Mints, and I took some Reese’s Pieces for the road), Becky invited us to a secret location to see where the magic happens, the Rebecca Minkoff Factory in NYC. Not only was this an exclusive tour for us, but an amazing experience to see the bags that are so hyped being made right in New York City.

While many companies can call themselves an American company, their bags are not made in the USA. This is not the case for Rebecca. We went to this secret location and I felt like Charlie in Willy Wonka watching the Oompa-Loompas work their magic.

You may always look at your bag and know someone, somewhere put it together, but never think about that someone and where they are doing it.

We finished off the day with a double date at a great Tapas restaurant munching on an array of foods and sipping Sangria. It was a perfect afternoon and evening spent with an amazing designer and friend. Thanks Rebecca!

Let's be best friends.
