As far as bag brands go, I’ve never been much for Rafe – they have a very distinct aesthetic that tends to be very over-the-top, and they’re usually extremely feminine, which has never really been my look. Sometimes I kind of like what they do, other times I think that their bags really limit what could be a huge customer base.

I have no second thoughts about the Rafe Agyness Chain-Embroidered Crossbody, however. It’s on-trend and just restrained enough to be cool and still have lots of personality.

Rafe Agyness Chain-Embroidered Crossbody

Obviously, the star of the show here is the cluster of chains that covers the front flap of the bag. At first I wished that they had gone with an all-silver color palette, but on second thought, the mixture makes the bag more versatile and less obviously industrial, which means it will probably fit into a larger variety of bag wardrobes. The crossbody silhouette is huge for fall, and this bag would be a great place to start building your cold-weather accessories collection for this season. Buy through Bloomingdale’s for $450.

Rafe’s bags have so much personality and attitude. It’s not for everybody I agree and this Fall it looks like he’s taken an edgier route which is a nice change. This bag is beyond gorgeous! It’s a keep forever bag and I agree, the mix of hardware makes it limitless!

Hey Sarah…. This is a little random but you said you love the handbag above and SO do I! I cant get over the gorgeous beadwork. If your into the beaded look, you should check out Laura Lee Designs because they have some beaded bags that are INCREDIBLE… and they have the cutest clutches too for the evening!
