While most people think of a dip in the ocean followed by an Aperol Spritz by the seaside when they think of a European summer, for fashion people, summer in Europe also means jetting from city to city for the men’s and couture shows before the R&R can begin.
The menswear shows kicked off in Milan on Friday, and along with the Italian heat comes an influx of the fashion elite. Arrivals at the shows are always one of our favorite moments to cover, and this season is no different. To start, we’re taking a look at more than two dozen of the best looks we spotted outside the shows.
The Bags Defining Prada Summer
One thing I love about Prada is that, though the brand is ever evolving, it continues to feel inherently Prada. Its latest designs offer modern appeal while remaining true to the house’s core DNA. This season’s street-style bags offered a bit of everything, from the utilitarian appeal of the Prada Explore and Route bags to the chic appeal of the Prada Wish pouch.
While some guests are, of course, dressed by the brand, others style Prada pieces from their own closets, offering a little something for every Prada lover.
