In 2016, the Paris-based brand we all know (and love) launched with a small line of signature bags, and the rest is history. Since its inception, Polène has been crafting leather goods that ooze minimalist chic in an elegant and original way. With each passing year, the brand continues to grow, but its original mission and commitment to excellent craftsmanship remain. Now, seven years later, Polène expands once again, foraying into jewelry, offering a new line of accessories that perfectly align with the Polène way. With its first drop, the brand introduces two collections of gold pieces, drawing inspiration from nature but each featuring its own unique design aesthetic.

Polène Launches Jewelry

The Éole Collection is inspired by wind, encapsulating the contour and movement of a breeze. Featuring bracelets, rings, earrings, and a beautiful linked chain, pieces from the collection feel organic in silhouette, showcasing swirling metal shapes and sculptural spirals. Overall the Éole Collection encapsulates the true essence of Polène: a minimalist elegance.

Then, there’s the Eroz collection, which further explores nature in a more tactile, textural way. Pieces are meant to represent the texture and form of minerals. Seen on a pendant, earrings, and more, the Eroz Collection sees a meticulously crafted texture that is meant to convey that of rocks. It juxtaposes with smooth, polished metal for a beautiful, interesting contrast. Pieces from Polène’s first jewelry collection are made in Italy of 100% brass gilded with 24-carat gold.

It’s okay but nothing spectacular. Looks like something I could find at Banana Republic.

It’s so weird to me that companies that consider themselves to be luxury or luxury-ish brands would release gold plated jewelry collections.
