A year into his post as Creative Director of Louis Vuitton Menswear, Pharrell Williams continues to explore the Maison’s most important House codes and brand DNA. Earlier this week in Paris, Louis Vuitton presented Pharrell’s latest collection for Spring 2025, and like collections of the past, it celebrates community and human connection.
With this collection, Pharrell reflects on the Maison’s roots in travel and how it unites a global community.
Show notes explain that the collection is meant to portray the similarities that bind us together. It utilizes a palette meant to represent the vast number of skin tones from all humans on the planet. Pops of color throughout represent our connection to the earth.
While we are all vastly different, we are all inherently bonded by existence, and that relationship is explored through various silhouettes that nod to traditional codes of travel. Flight suits and cropped tailored jackets feature elements from aviation garments, while tracksuits and workwear feature refined construction centered around the comfort aspect of leisure travel.
Of course, ready-to-wear is elevated with sophisticated details and textures.
A Return to the Classics
As for the bags, a new soft leather goods line is introduced, playing on the Maison’s most loved classics, like the Alma, Neverfull, Christopher, and more. Bags are reinvented in super-soft leather adorned with a classic Monogram that has been given a slight maxi touch.

In addition to the classics, the line sees the revival of heritage shapes like the Nile, Amazon, Danube, and Bastille. Other archival favorites like the Noe and the Montsouris are given a cargo finish with multi-pocket details, offering a contemporary take.
Pharrell’s debut, the much-hyped Speedy P9, appears this season, revamped in tonal black adaptations and muted fluorescents like coral. In the spirit of travel, the collection sees a variety of trunks, from ones made for travel to trunk-inspired bags toted by models. A breathtaking red plexiglass Monogram Trunk will surely be a collector’s must-have.

The multicolor damier collection and the sequin Keepall are really exciting pieces!
Yes, love the multicolor damier! Very fresh-looking!
Why in the world would LV trust their collections to Pharrell
A novelty act that will be artistically valued for years to come…just imagine in 10 years the value of these pieces! The Louis Vuitton collection was never meant for the masses!
What makes the Speedy P9 worth $9,300?
It’s crafted with calfskin leather and lined in lambskin leather. Features inside pockets and a detachable leather pouch. Limited numbers released.
It’s quite impressive in person.
Sorry but a plexiglass trunk is BOUND not only to crack and be destroyed BUT also be completely scratched to crap! I mean, it may make a nice coffee table with a slab of glass on top? Probably the most unpractical of them all. I do like the multi color damier jacket in the last photo IF the entire jacket is like that and not completely ruined with some pixilated cartoon like the blue one is.
So obviously Louis Vuitton is the Skechers in this comparison?
I didn’t have plexi-glass trunks on my bingo card. In a different color, I would like them. The red, to me, looks cheap.
Love the bag in the final picture. Reminds me of my Tory Burch Virginia bucket bag.
My husband and I like a lot of these, although not sure we would buy any of them. Tempted though. Curious to see how LV will price that embossed carry-on roller in photo . I like that embossed look. However, Ferragamo has done that for a while (I recently bought a Ferragamo leather backpack with their embossing). I bet the price for their embossed carry-on roller is/will be much less than whatever LV decides to charge for its version. https://www.ferragamo.com/shop/fra/fr/hommes/sacs-et-valises/accessoires-sac-homme/trav-emb-blo-769614–2
Comparing Ferragamo to Louis Vuitton is like comparing Sketchers to Louboutin.
Chinese workers are all working very hard for LVMH for low wages
Ferragamo has made fabulous bags and shoes for a long time. The Sketchers comparison is unwarranted. I love them both.
Amen
Now that is such an untrue pretentious statement. Please get over yourself *eyeroll*
I am sorry your feelings are hurt by the blinding truth. 🙂
It’s really not true. Sketchers are a low end make and Ferragamo has high quality leather products. Price does not always equate to quality.
#18 is giving Celine Romy vibes.
I love them all,But my less favorite is the red.
I love the new color plays. Just wish they didn’t feel the need to print “Louis Vuitton” on the items. The signature canvas (Damier and Monogram alike) suffice and they are classic.
