Most brands would kill to have one handbag as popular as tons of Louis Vuitton's styles are, but building a handbag brand as vast and versatile as LV is basically impossible. That longtime popularity, combined with Vuitton's recent trendiness among fashion tastemakers, means that new colors or fabrications of many of the brand's styles are newsworthy for us, which we can't say for basically any other brand. (Your clicks don't lie, though.) For Spring 2018, LV has released new colors and materials in a handful of styles, and they're almost all quickly selling out.
The line additions of broadest interest are probably the two new color combinations of the Louis Vuitton Neverfull in Epi Leather, including a super sharp version with a white body and black and yellow trim. There's also a new version of the super-popular Neonoe bucket bag with hot pink lining contrasting against the traditional monogram exterior, and it probably won't surprise you to hear that one sold out almost immediately.
The biggest changes are to the satchel and hobo that make up the Tuileries line. Both bags got several brand new color combinations in the designs' leather trim, but the satchel also got a brand new, all-Epi leather option that lends itself well to colorblocking.
