Moschino is known for its quirky and over-the-top designs. Typically, if you’re looking for a simple and subdued bag, Moschino isn’t the brand for you. But if you want to add a true novelty piece to your collection, you might want to see what the brand has to offer. Right now the bag that stopped me in my online shopping tracks is the Moschino + My Little Pony Lunchbox Bag.
First things first, I loved My Little Pony. I still can sing the theme song and my sister and I amassed quite the collection (that we probably fought over) back when we were kids. The hero piece of the Moschino Spring ’18 capsule collection is this lunchbox bag, so not only is the design a throwback but so is the bag shape as it’s a nod to a classic lunchbox.
The major difference between this and your old lunchbox? This bag is created in Italy from leather and costs $995. Part of me wants to love this bag, part of me wants to have a lot more frivolous spending money, and the other part of me is thinking I could find a My Little Pony lunchbox on eBay and nab that for far less.
