Lately, it seems that no one does a Men’s collection better than Silvia Venturini Fendi and the team at Fendi. The iconic Roman design House recently presented its Men’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection, and it is an other-worldly mix of old meets new, reimagining a man’s wardrobe for the modern-day. It’s futuristic yet current, with forward-thinking takes on classic gentlemanly silhouettes. Seasonal hues like black, burgundy, raspberry, mocha, taupe, and winter white form a soft palette meant to showcase graphic prints and rich textures.
A new motif from the House takes center stage, presented as a new monogram, the O’Lock chain motif appears throughout on both RTW and handbags. This collection is meant to feel sophisticated, and its bags also ooze that theme. The iconic Peekaboo is reimagined as a large, structured shopper, appearing throughout in Fendi’s iconic FF logo as well as exotics and smooth leathers. Then, there’s the classic Baguette, which appears in both its classic soft-sided form as well as in a hard-sided trunk version. With this collection, it’s the details and the materials that shine, and each bag delights in all of its unique add-ons.
